Submit an expression of interest
Tell the registry what you intend to build. No account is needed to start, and you receive a link to track it.
Step 2
GCRO reviews it
The registry checks the proposal against the city's economic framework and comes back to you in writing.
Step 3
Appoint a corporate service provider
Choose an empanelled CSP to prepare and file on your behalf. They accept the appointment before any work begins.
Step 4
Complete the incorporation form
Share capital, directors, registered office and constitution — filed once, with your CSP alongside you.
Step 5
Your certificate is issued
The certificate of incorporation is issued digitally and the company appears on the public register.
